Hi All,
This week's challenge over at Incy Wincy Designs is sponsored by Stretch N Bubbles of which I'm a Design Team Member and the above creation is my thought on the image provided to us.
I began with a card with an open slot in the front as it's a tri-fold card. I added a piece of paper as backing. I cut out the image and coloured in with my pencils and outlined with my texta's to give effect.
I stamped some hearts around and added bling to the hearts for some glowing effect.
Please do make your way over to http://incywincydesigns.blogspot.com/ and do enter as the prize on offer is awesome.
Thank you for visiting.
Please feel free to comment as all feedback is gratefully received and appreciated.

Valentine

Hi All,
Hope everyone is well in their part of the world.
With this card it was made at a crafting session we hold occasionally with a few friends.
With valentine being just around the corner, I thought it fitting.
This card practically made itself. I began with white card stock. I then added red cardboard like paper and added the red and white ribbon entwined around the edges. I then added a light pink shade paper on the inner to give it the layered look.
The image was bought from a site that Greg had visited and I apologise for not being able to mention where from as it escapes the memory banks. I coloured the heart itself in red and just dotted the black areas with black texta. I used my coloured pencils to colour in the kitty's and outlined with black texta again to give a more defined look.
I added a few stickers and bling to finalise.
Please feel free to comment as all feedback is gratefully received and appreciated.
Thank you for visiting my blog.

Love You Forever

Hi All,
Hope everyone is well in their part of the world.
I have made the above card for "Winter Wonderland Bloghop" Challenge for this week at http://www.christmasblogchallenge.blogspot.com/ .
The colour scheme was to be red and white with candy canes optional. I have chosen not to incorporate the candy cane as Valentine's is just around the corner.
I began with white card stock. I then added a white layered paper with red grid lines then added red paper ontop of that to give it some thickness.
I had the red and white ribbon looking straight at me, perfect for this card.
Greg had purchased the image a little while ago and felt it perfect for this card.
I used red texta to colour in the heart, then went over it with red pencil to try to blend any lines that may have shown up.
As I love bling, I didn't have the right colour bling to add and I found the floral shaped sequin and added that to the left of the heart. I also added clear sequins to the corners for some effect.
The sentiment is from a collection of stick on's I had on hand and fitted in well with the colour requirements.
Please feel free to comment as all feedback is gratefully received and appreciated.

For Mum - Put Those Hats On

Hi All,
Hope everyone is well in their part of the world.
For my latest post as part of the Incy Wincy Design Team for Incy Wincy Children's Charities Inc.
I began with white cardstock, then cut out a lesser sized piece of pink with lighter pink poker dots card paper as the first layer. The second layer is of chocolate background cardstock with pink poker dots which are less prominent than the pink with lighter pink dots.
For this card, we were required to use the image of a lady with a hat on. I decided to cut out the image, once printed, and stick onto a red soft touch layer paper and outlined the paper with gold metallic pen.
I then utilised the pink card stock paper with lighter pink dots as the background to have the words 'For Mum' printed on lilac background.
I had some glitter card stock paper which had various types of shapes and animals. I chose this pink butterfly as I thought it was just gorgeous and appropriate with the colour scheme of the card.
Please feel free to comment as all feedback is gratefully received and appreciated.
Thank you for visiting my blog and by leaving a note I can then visit your blog.

My Guest Spot at Stampin Sisters In Christ

My guest spot at Stampin Sisters In Christ
I was honored to be given the opportunity to participate in this challenge blog.
I'm also a co-founder to a charity I help run which is called Incy Wincy Children's Charities Inc. Our purpose is to raise funds to help children with learning difficulties and to assist families with the burden of the costs of obtaining health assessment for their children.
I began with white card stock and added a sheet of green soft paper as the first layer and then added a strip of red within the green, of which I then added the Angel to which I coloured in with pencils and outlined with my texta's. I used metallic coloured pens for the outline borders. I used the scripture for this card as I thought it to be fitting.
I finalized it with a bit of bling which is something I add to the majority of my cards as I feel it gives it a finishing touch.
Once again I thank you for the opportunity to participate as the Guest Designer on Stampin Sisters In Christ.
Please feel free to comment as all feedback is gratefully appreciated.
Thank you for visiting.

Undo My Heart, Valentine

Hi All,
As part of the Incy Wincy Design Team this weeks challenge was Buttons & Bows, Ribbon & Lace and this is the card that happened to created itself.
I began with white card stock and used some background paper stock that was from a nursery theme and added another nursery theme paper layer ontop of that one. I outlined the edges with pink metallic pen on the outer layer and gold metallic pen on the inner layer.
The image I used was from a group of images that Greg had purchased and decided to incorporate into a Valentine's card as it's just around the corner.
I coloured in the image with pencil and outlined with the appropriate colour texta's. I added the ribbon onto the layered cardstock then used pop up foam tape to add the image to the card above the ribbon.
I added the buttons as requested by the challenge for this week and found two heart shaped buttons which were perfect for this card. I added floral buttons to the corners and finalised the card with the sentiment 'Undo My Heart, Valentine'

Bling It Up

Hi all,
With this card, it is an image that has been provided by Nikki at Graphix & Designs.
Also for anyone leaving a comment, you have a chance at winning a prize which will be provided by Nikki at Graphix & Designs http://graphixanddesign.blogspot.com.
I would like to thank Nikki for her kind generosity and is very much appreciated by the Incy Wincy Design Team. A very big thank you.
I began with white card stock and added a red soft paper. I outlined the edge with purple metallic pen.
I bought some embellishments for Christmas and felt this card would make a nice card for Christmas. I added the floral pic with a touch of bling and added the cupcake on with a stand out effect. I used foam tape to help lift it out a touch.
I added the rest of the embellishments and the card seemed to have made itself.
I finalised with touch more bling.
Please feel free to comment as all feedback is gratefully received and appreciated.
Thank you for visiting my blog.
