A couple of images I coloured whilst in hospital with my youngest Very pleased with the colours used and the ease it came.

Colour therapy is highly good for you and I highly recommend to give it a try.

By all means, give it a go :)

Thank you

My first pic I've coloured in a long while :) Am very happy with it - bought new copic markers (Ciao) and am very happy with the eyes - never been able to get that effect.
The skin is also another factor that I've not had a chance to get right and am very pleased :)
Look forward to more practice with my copics :)

Punches

Hi All,

Hope everyone is doing well in there parts of the world.
Many apologies for having my post up a day late.

For this week's challenge over at Incy Wincy Design Challenge Blog, it's set to 'Punches'.
Asprire To Thrive Children's Charities is sponsoring us this week and you have a great chance of winning a $10 Voucher to our store.

I began with pink cardstock and added another layer with pink coloured shades . The image I've chosen is an Aspire To Thrive image and can be purchased from:
www.aspiretothrive.com.au/shop .

The little butterflies are my punch outs for my card and thought they are so cute. I finished them with a touch of bling.

Please feel free to comment as all feedback is gratefully received and appreciated.
Thank you for visiting my blog.

Anything with Wings

Hi All,

This week's challenge over at Incy Wincy Design Challenge Blog is anything with wings.

We are being proudly sponsored by:

The prize on offer is a gift certicate to the value of $15,

My mojo as they call it seems to be on holiday and I have produced this card with hope it passes.

I began with white cardstock and layered with a couple of other layers. I opted to use the penguin 3D from Aspire To Thrive Children's Charities Inc., charity shop.
I kept the card simple and for any occasion. I finalised with bling.

June 21 - Music

Hi All,

I have been missing for the past couple of weeks. I am back and hope to keep on track now.

For this week's challenge over at Incy Wincy Challenge Blog we have 'Music' theme. We were to also use image from Aspire To Thrive Children's Charities Inc., charity shop and I have chosen the ukulele and it was pre-coloured for me and is also available un-coloured and is available at:
www.aspiretothrive.com.au/shop/ .

I began with a beige coloured cardstock, which then added a piece of red cardstock just below mid-centre which I outlined with pink metallic pen.
I then added another beige tinge softer paper stock I had on hand and coloured that in with my metallic gold pencil. I taped it down with double sided tape across to give a stand out effect. I also outlined this paper stock with my gold metallic pen.

I then added foam buttons to the ukulele to give 3d effect and cut out some musical symbols to surround the ukulele.

I drew a line of blue metallic pen on the outskirt of the card, as I absolutely love the effect metallic gives to cards. As the theme is 'Music' my sentiment is 'Life Is Music' and I finalised with bling at each of the corners of the card and within the red cardstock also.

One for the Little Ones

Hi All,

Short and sweet this week.

We are being sponsored by Mel Jen's Designs over at Incy Wincy Challenge Blog.

Heather, Greg and myself held a craft session and came up with almost similar cards :-)

As you can see, I've used an easel design for my card with the lovely pinks and contrast with black.

Button Up

Hi All,

This week over at Incy Wincy Challenge Blog it is the 'Button Up' Challenge.
We were to use an image provided by Aspire To Thrive Children's Charities Inc. shop formerly known as Incy Wincy. I have chosen the dog which can be purchased through our online charity shop which is: www.aspiretothrive.com.au/shop .
The image I chose to work with for this challenge is the Dog.

I started with a fawn coloured cardstock and added a forest green layer paper as the first background layer. I was a little stumped as to what to do next and came across some textured brown and light green papers. I cut the brown to quarter the size it was and found it to be perfect for the bottom half of the card and added the lighter green layer on the top half.

I went around the edge of the forest green layer with my green metallic pen. I coloured in the outer edge with white colour pencil for a lighter effect. As the heading suggests, we were to also use buttons for this challenge and I decided to use some buttons with animals and a smiley face as the sun.

I cut out the pieces for the Dog as it is in 3D and taped it to red backing cardstock I had on hand.
I added the sentiment "Get Well Soon, Thinking Of You" and felt perfect for this type of card.
I finalised with bling on the corners of the layered papers.

Please feel free to comment as all feedback is gratefully received and appreciated.
Thank you for visiting my blog.
